Access Your Account

After you have been accepted for admission, you should receive a welcome letter and your student ID number from registrar@seu.edu to your personal email supplied in your application to access many SEU resources.

Your Exclusive Access Includes: 

JICS Student Information System – Class registration, grades, and financial information

MyFire – Class syllabi and homework assignments

Gmail – Your SEU email account (the official communication venue of SEU)

MySEU – Orientation info, campus events, and other services

Account Activation Steps

  1. Visit the Set/Reset Password page
  2. Click on New Students (to set up your password for the first time)
  3. Enter your SEU email address and last name, then click Search
  4. Answer the security questions to create your password, then log out
  5. Using your new password, access your account below

SEU Email & Username

What’s my SEU email?

It’s your first and middle initial and last name* followed by @seu.edu.

Example name: John A. Smith Example SEU email: jasmith@seu.edu

What’s my SEU username?

It’s the first part of your email address (leave off the @seu.edu).

Example username: jasmith

Trouble Logging In?

If you experience issues setting up a new password, please contact the IT Help Desk at 863.667.5165 or helpdesk@seu.edu. *Your email address may differ slightly depending on the complexity of your name. Please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance. Forgot your password? If you’ve already set up a password but forgotten it, you can reset your password by visiting the Forgotten Password page.
