We welcome the best possible speakers in our chapels, from our campus pastor to our president to SEU faculty.  We also invite local, exemplary pastors who have served faithfully in ministry and offer messages that are relevant and inspiring to students and our community as a whole. Past speakers include such national names as Choco DeJesus, Chad Beach, Carl Lentz, Lisa Bevere, Mark Batterson and Chris Durso.

SEU Worship

SEU Worship, our student worship team, not only leads worship at chapel each week, but they write, record and release original music every year. From their self-titled 2017 album, to their 2017 EP Born to Run, to the 2018 hit single Won’t Look Back, SEU Worship is always producing new and exciting ways to give praise through worship music.

“Chapels at another college I went to were someone ‘talking at you’ for an hour. Here at Southeastern the chapels engage with us and make us want to, and love to, praise God.”
— Aris Knight, Organizational Leadership, ’18, member of SEU ROTC and student-athlete for SEU Fire Wrestling
