SEU Worship is a collaboration between the faculty, staff, students, and alumni of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. It is a reflection of the worship movement happening during weekly chapels. Our sound is inspired by the pop music and culture of emerging adults, and our writers’ aim to craft prophetic and theologically responsible lyrics.
Our life transforming chapel services, discipleship programs, mission work, local community outreaches and worship experiences are designed to resource students in their journey of discovering and developing their divine design to serve Christ and the world through Spirit-empowered life, learning and leadership.
Weekly Chapel Services
As a Christ-centered university, we value the chapel experience as an essential part of a student’s college life. As a staff and faculty, we are committed to creating a healthy environment that promotes spiritual growth in the areas of worship, prayer and Scripture reading. Every week students can choose from a variety of services that are aimed to encourage, challenge, and teach through dynamic speakers and powerful worship. Southeastern’s multiple weekly chapel services are the catalyst for spiritual formation on our campus. You can go to SEU Chapel’s youtube to watch past sermons or tune in during services to watch live.
Each year through SEU Missions, our students, staff and faculty follow God’s call to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
One of our priorities is to bring together students, staff and faculty who can share their life experiences, provide mentorship and encouragement, and help each other grow into the person who God is calling them to be.
This annual event is a highlight for our SEU community, featuring inspiring worship and challenging messages from world-renowned speakers such as Louie Giglio, Erwin McManus, Lisa Bevere and many others.
