Annabelle Gardiner, Associate Professor of Violin

One of the best parts of studying at SEU is getting to connect one-on-one with some of the top professors in the nation. Annabelle Gardiner, associate professor of violin and Chicago native, studied at the Eastman School of Music and has taught full time at Southeastern since 2008. Both she and her husband, Ron, also a music professor at SEU, are committed to helping students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of music. They perform in various concerts around Florida as part of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, Opera Tampa and Spiritus, the SEU faculty piano trio. In addition, Professor Gardiner serves as the assistant concertmaster of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, on the faculty of the MasterWorks Festival during the summer and as the chair of the SEU music scholarship committee. She also teaches the following at Southeastern: music theory, string techniques for music education students and chamber music. Click here to read more about Professor Gardiner.
