Welcome to the final step in reserving your spot at SEU! To complete your reservation, please submit the form below as soon as possible. Class and housing assignments are made on first-returned, first-served basis, and official reservation date is recorded by our system as the date when both the deposit and the enrollment form are done.
If you have any questions as you complete this form, please feel free to contact the Office of Admission at 800.500.8760.
Reserved rooms are held until 5 p.m. of the first day university campus residences open in the fall or spring semester. After 5 p.m., remaining beds are on a first-come, first-served basis. The opening dates and times of campus residences are published in the current university catalog. To guarantee a room after 5 p.m. of the day campus residences open (Southeastern can only hold assignments for 24 hours — that is, until 5 p.m. the day after the residence halls open), a student must notify the student housing office at email@example.com at least three days prior to opening day. The email must contain the student's name, ID number, time/day of arrival, name of campus residence and phone number where he or she may be reached. Without this communication, a student may lose the reserved room and be assigned another room.
It is assumed that when the university is notified to hold a room for a late arrival, the student will complete the check-in process. If a student does not complete the process to check in to a residence hall, a hold-for-late-arrival cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed.
After check-in is complete, there can be no refunds for housing and meal plans for residents who do not remain on campus, other than in the case of withdrawal from the university. Appeals in cases of extenuating circumstances can be made to the housing office.
Southeastern University is committed to providing successful residential experiences for all students, including those with disabilities. The university provides reasonable housing accommodations for students with disabilities, in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Students requiring an accommodation because of a disability should complete the following forms: housing accommodation request form, authorization to release health information form and documentation for housing accommodation form. To obtain these forms, please contact the student housing office at 863.667.5148 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Housing accommodations will be reviewed by the housing department and will be determined on a case-by-case basis according to documented need and prevailing standards for reasonable accommodations.
