Dr. Pederson has been in full-time ministry for over 40 years. He has ministered in Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Montana, Washington, and California as a pastor, church planter, and college instructor, and administrator. For ten years, he served as chair of the pastoral studies department at Oak Hills Christian College in Bemidji, Minnesota. For twelve years, he has served as an advisor for Doctor of Ministry students at Bethel Theological Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. He currently serves as the pastor of a local congregation in Escalon, CA
His undergraduate studies were in music and theology (University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music). He holds a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Biblical Counseling (California Graduate School of Theology) and a Doctor of Ministry degree in
Church Leadership (Bethel Theological Seminary). He has also studied ministry at Wheaton Graduate School and Rabbinic Thought at Providence Seminary in Winnipeg, Canada. He has led over 30 biblical study tours to the Bible Lands of Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Greece, and Turkey.
