Ryan Flynn is a teacher at Southeastern University’s Pathways School of Excellence. He joined the Pathways team in spring of 2017.

Flynn is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania and moved to Florida in May of 2016. He worked as an ESE teacher and as a behavior analyst for several years before coming to Southeastern. He has also taught at several summer camps for individuals with high-functioning autism.

Growing up, Flynn spent a lot of time with his grandmother as she cared for his autistic aunt. As a result, working with individuals that have intellectual disabilities and behavioral problems has always been a passion for him. After graduating with a psychology degree from Edinboro University, he decided to continue to his education and earn his teaching certification and master’s degree in Special Education.

He is also currently working toward his EdD in Organizational Leadership at Southeastern University.
