Dr. Reynolds began his appointment as Director of Bands and Orchestra at Southeastern University in the fall of 2020. He previously served as Director of Bands at Southeast Missouri State University, the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and the University of Arkansas at Monticello. His performing ensembles have appeared at the Las Vegas Bowl, the Tazon Aztec Bowl, and as entertainment for the Denver Broncos (NFL).

Dr. Reynolds also has extensive experience in public school education. At Kelly Middle School in Arkansas’ Springdale Public Schools District, he taught beginner instrumentalists and supervised a program of 200+ band students. His secondary school teaching experience also includes positions as Director of Bands/Coordinator of Instrumental Music for the Alma Public Schools and Director of Bands/Fine Arts Coordinator for the Warren Public Schools (also in Arkansas).  

Through his professional association with Radio City Music Hall Productions and Walt Disney Entertainment, Dr. Reynolds has served as Assistant Conductor for the “We the People” Fanfare Unit (CBS TV), the Opening Ceremonies of the International Summer Special Olympics (ABC TV), and the All-American College Symphony Orchestra at Walt Disney World’s EPCOT Center. He also performs as a member of the group the Water Street Brassworks.
