Kathleen Bailey knew that God was calling her to use her experience for His purpose when she became the Behavior Analyst for Pathways School of Excellence at Southeastern University in 2018.  Kathleen graduated from University of South Florida in 2009 and immediately found her passion when she began a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in September of 2013 and graduated with a 4.0 GPA that December.  In February 2014 she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and continued her work with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities providing ABA therapy in her home town of Lakeland, Florida.

Kathleen’s research regarding the Prevent-Teach-Reinforce model and it’s efficacy for families of children with developmental disabilities was published in Research in Developmental Disabilities in 2015.  Kathleen enjoys attending workshops and conferences each year in a continuing effort to remain immersed in the field and growing as a professional. She specializes in the reduction of challenging behavior, development of verbal behavior and providing caregiver support in home, community and school settings.

Kathleen and her husband, Josh, live in Lakeland with their two sons.  Kathleen enjoys making memories with her family, reading, traveling and cake decorating.
