College of Natural & Health Sciences
Jesus may be the Great Physician, but many of us are called to be His instruments in the fields of science, math and medicine. At Southeastern University, you will be prepared for your career through a blending of faith and academics, making you a more well-rounded individual, ready for advanced graduate studies or to meet the needs of your patients and solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
Situated at the heart of campus, our new College of Natural & Health Sciences building includes a state-of-the-art nursing simulation lab, patient exam rooms and laboratory classrooms for chemistry, biology, computer and general science. The facility also is home to Suzie, Florida’s only complete, standing mastodon skeleton.
Matthew Madison, Biology ’13
Matthew knew early on he wanted to pursue a career in the health sciences and was looking for a university that would help him get there. At SEU, he was equipped to take on the challenges of medical school and make a difference as a Christian health care professional. His commitment to excellence and strong academic foundation earned him a competitive grant that funded an entire year of his graduate studies at Baylor University’s College of Medicine.
