Earn Your MBA in 10 Months Through Our Amplified, Accelerated & Applied Program

Southeastern's new residential, 10-month MBA program offers students the chance at once-in-a-lifetime learning experiences and a valuable graduate degree in less than a year.

The program will begin in the Fall 2012 semester. Our "AAA" MBA is "Amplified" by unique opportunities through Disney Institute and The National Leadership Forum, "Accelerated" through an intense 10-month format, and "Applied" through a global service learning experience. We will continue to offer our flexible evening/online program for working adults. The new program will include features for students who want experiential and global service learning integrated into their curriculum in an accelerated format.

Unique features of the 10-month MBA

  • Disney Institute: Students will participate in the Disney Institute's five-day "Disney's Approach to Business Excellence" course, covering topics in leadership excellence, people management, quality service, brand loyalty, and creativity and innovation. Students will stay at the Walt Disney World® Resort and attend eight-hour training sessions. At 4 p.m. each day, students will receive a Park Hopper Pass to experience what they learned and report back the next day.
  • Foundations Course: This one-week, eight-hour per day course takes place during the first week. Students will cover the basics of accounting, economics, and probability and statistics that are needed for MBA-level managerial courses.
  • Global Service Learning Experience: This one-week trip allows students to put their business skills into action, serve others, and be ambassadors for Christ. Tentative locations are Colombia and El Salvador.
  • The National Leadership Forum: Every year, Southeastern hosts some of the world's most-respected leaders in an event built around servant leadership. Past speakers include President George W. Bush, Tony Dungy, Tim Tebow, Robert Gates, Condoleezza Rice, Kurt Warner, and more. Students will attend The Forum and learn leadership principles from these incredible speakers.
