Once a year in June.

What is a quadmester?
SEU has 4 terms; Fall, Winter, Spring and Summe.r

How many credits can I take each quad?
Maximum 12 credits if you are an Undergraduate.
Maximum 9 credits if you are a Graduate student.

How do I make a request to the Dean?
All requests must be in writing to the Dean.

The Office of the Registrar does not give grades over the phone.

Can I register for a friend/family member?
No.

Does SEU have phone-in registration?
No.

How much are transcripts?
$5.00 ready in 24 hours $10.00 RUSH same day.

Can I fax a transcript request?
Yes, if a credit card authorization and fee are enclosed.

Who evaluates and posts transfer credits?
Evaluations for new and transfer students are done in Admissions. All accepted credits are posted in the Registrar's Office.

Can enrollment verifications be made over the phone?
No, because we need a signed release form from the student.
We will honor fax request if the release form is submitted.
