The Department of Public Administration empowers students to succeed as leaders, managers, analysts, and administrators in public and non-profit organizations.

The Department of Public Administration at Southeastern University is aware of the local, national and world need for educated experts to lead, administrate, and manage organizations to meet the challenges of today and the future. We provide opportunities for students to contribute to the development of solutions for these needs and challenges and to compete in a rapidly changing technological and global society.

Our students graduate from the program with the critical thinking skills, ability to perform analysis common to their field, understanding of political and administrative decision-making systems, ability to conduct research, program development and evaluation skills, and professional writing and public speaking abilities necessary to be competitive in these environments:
