Student Government Association Elections
"2007 Information Sheet"

Criteria to Run:
  1. Must be currently enrolled at Southeastern University.
  2. Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 and must maintain that GPA throughout tenure as an officer.
  3. Must be in good academic and social standing.
  4. Must be able to serve for one full year (4 consecutive quadmesters).
Directions:
  1. Thoroughly understand the requirements of the position you are running for.
  2. Complete the Candidate Information Sheet (You may pick this up from the Office of Student Affairs and Retention).
  3. Have the nomination form completed by 20 students.
  4. Submit the Candidate Information Sheet and the Nomination Form to the Office of Student Affairs and Retention by 2:00 pm on Friday, October 19, 2007.
  5. You will be contacted by telephone on the evening of Monday, October 22 to have your nomination confirmed.
  6. Campaign October 22 - October 26, 2007. You must have any posters you create approved by the Office of Student Affairs before you hang them up.
  7. Encourage students to vote October 26 - 27, 2007.
