Biography
David Royer brings nearly 30 years of real-world business experience with him from companies such as Walgreen's, Pier One Imports, Staples, and Linens N Things, as well as many years experience in the field of human resources. In addition to this real-world experience, he is working towards his DBA in Marketing through Argosy University.

Royer hopes to influence his students at Southeastern by developing a creative and thought-provoking classroom atmosphere. By challenging students to consider solutions and alternatives that require thinking "out of the box," Royer attempts to show them that learning does not have to be boring.

Royer teaches Human Resources Management as well as wide array of marketing and management classes, including E-Commerce, Consumer Behavior, Organizational Behavior, and Principles of Marketing. His main research interests lie in the fields of company culture, employee satisfaction, and strategic customer service policies, and how those factors influence ultimate customer satisfaction.
