Meeting The Need
A university education is a significant investment, but Southeastern's program of scholarships and financial aid can make it affordable. Southeastern University offers a variety of financial aid resources to help students cover educational expenses, including federal and state grants, loan and work-study programs, academic, minority, need-based, and performance scholarships. In 2011-2012 we awarded 2,432 students with financial aid and the average award amount per student is $16,635.
Southeastern's location in central Florida provides students with many opportunities for part-time employment. The returns from such work, together with savings from summer employment and financial aid, enable many Southeastern students to work their way through college.
Financial Aid Eligibility
In order to be considered for any financial assistance, all Southeastern students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by clicking here. Southeastern's FAFSA code is #001521. Also, upon acceptance to SEU you will receive a letter with instructions on how to complete the Student Information Sheet (SIS) online.
