Carl Dockery has employed and supervised the work of institutional asset managers for over 20 years.
Current civic involvement includes serving as treasurer of the Paul Dockery for Governor Campaign and being a member of the Resurrection Catholic School finance subcommittee. Dockery's various prior civic activities have been locally focused and date back to the 1980's.
A 1984 graduate of Southeastern (BA in theology/philosophy), Dockery finished his graduate studies in philosophy of religion at Denver Seminary in 1987.

Ruth D. Hubbard

As a member of Wycliffe USA's senior leadership team, Ruth Hubbard's portfolio includes marketing, public relations, community & government relations, guest & conferencing services (including Wycliffe's Discovery Center), and diversity. Additionally, Hubbard serves on the Global Advisory Council for Bible Study Fellowship International and recently concluded five years service as marketing/communications consultant for the North American Forum of Bible Agencies. She joined Wycliffe's Communications Department in 2002 as a designer and then became director of integrated marketing. In 2005, she was named vice president for communications and was promoted to senior vice president in 2006.
Before joining Wycliffe, Hubbard taught American literature, New Testament, art, and yearbook at Heritage Christian High School in Indianapolis and then as the director of children's ministry at Faith Missionary Church, also in Indianapolis.
A graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a degree in graphic arts and journalism, Hubbard has always used her communications skills to move people toward understanding and action, describing her passion as “facilitating the ah hah! experience for students of all ages.” In fact, she contends that her favorite thing about teaching literature, leading short-term mission trips, and championing Wycliffe's journey toward diversity is that these jobs all reflect that passion.

Roy Kasmar

Roy Kasmar is a semi-retired entrepreneur who provides consulting services to the mortgage industry, operates a small real estate development company, and manages a boutique heavy-lifting crane company in Denver, Colorado, as chairman/owner. Additionally, he serves in a number of capacities in charitable organizations and is a member of the Finance and Audit Committee for Southeastern.
Kasmar is the former president of Radian Group, a publicly-traded insurance company. He retired from his duties as president and board member in April 2007, but continued serving the firm as a strategic advisor until December 2007. In addition to serving in an executive role in the holding company, Kasmar was also the president of Radian Guaranty, the firm's principal mortgage insurance subsidiary. He was responsible for the firm's domestic mortgage insurance business and also led its international expansion in 2005.
Prior to joining Radian in 1999, Kasmar was the president and chief operating officer of Amerin Guaranty, an insurer of mortgages. Earlier, he was the managing director of capital markets at Prudential Home Mortgage, where he managed the largest mortgage interest rate risk position (at the time) in the industry. Prior to this position, he was the senior vice president of the Conduit/Agency Business at Prudential. Before that, Kasmar was the vice president and chief operating officer of First Boston Capital Group. He also held a similar role at Chase Home Mortgage.

She earned her doctorate in organizational leadership from Nova Southeastern University with a cognate in human resource development to complement her master of science degree in counseling & career development from Georgia State University and bachelor of science in psychology from Georgia Southwestern State University. Dr. Leap is a trained facilitator in The Leadership Challenge®, is a licensed ACT Job Profiler, and holds certifications in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory. She is a Florida Certified Workforce Professional and a Certified Job & Career Transition Coach.
Leap Ahead Professional Development, LLC, offers career management strategies for employed and unemployed professional level clients. Specialized services for individuals include interviewing and resume preparation, career assessments and planning, professional image building, and leadership skill development. Businesses seek Leap Ahead's services for assistance with succession planning, leadership development, and job profiling. Prior to branching out on her own, Dr. Leap served on the nationally acclaimed Polk Works WorkForce 2020 Business Services team for five years and as the director of the Florida Southern College career center for 15 years.
Dr. Leap has been honored with the John T. Brownlee Leadership Award from the Florida Career Professionals Association for her outstanding leadership on their board of directors and significant contributions to the statewide association. In addition to serving as president-elect for the Mid-Florida Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (MFSHRM), she is on the board of directors for Junior Achievement and an active member of Lakeland Rotary and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Bill Mutz graduated from Indiana University in 1976 with a double major in finance and marketing. He is the recipient of the 2007 Jere Annis Leadership Award, the 2007 Living Legacy Award, the 2005 Wilbur Dungy All-Pro Dad honor, the Ford Motor Credit Salute to Dealer Nominee honor, and the Ford Motor Credit Partners in Quality Award.
Mutz is a member of the Lakeland Rotary Club and serves on the following boards: American Heart Association, City of Lakeland Mid-Town Community Redevelopment Advisory, Central Florida Speech & Hearing Clinic, Citrus & Chemical Bank, Florida Family Policy Council, Lakeland Christian School, Lakeland Economic Development Council, Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Salvation Army, Traviss Technical School Advisory Council, Volunteers in Service to the Elderly, and Young Patriots. He is also the campaign chairman for the United Way and the former chairman of Leadership Lakeland.
Mutz and his wife Pam are speakers for the FamilyLife “Weekend To Remember” national marriage conferences. He also serves as chairman of the personnel committee at First Baptist Church in Lakeland.

William A. Trimble

William Trimble has served as vice president and chief information officer for the W.S. Badcock Corporation since March 2005. His team has been responsible for successfully creating robust IT architectures and infrastructures. Trimble has led the development and deployment of custom applications for eight years, providing strategic direction to senior management regarding technology. Previously, he was Badcock's director of systems development from November of 2002 until assuming his present position.
Trimble started with the W.S. Badcock Corporation as a programmer in March of 1986 after obtaining his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of West Georgia. He also has extensive experience as a project manager for hazardous waste removal. Trimble is actively involved in his local church, where he works with children and middle schoolers as a teacher. He is also a board member for Missions for Christ Ministries.
