Professor Timothy Welch has more than 10 years of experience in the educational arena, including both administrative and teaching duties. He taught for five years at another Christian college and has held administrative positions in admissions and financial aid at colleges in Florida and New Mexico.
Prior to his teaching career, Professor Welch worked as an auditor in the private industry and as an investigator for one of the largest personal injury and medical malpractice law firms in central Florida. His primary duties included investigation of client claims and trial support. Professor Welch also has many years of restaurant management experience. He and his family have been restaurant owners and franchisers in New Mexico.
He teaches business law, finance, and business ethics courses at Southeastern, including the Ethics, Stewardship and the Legal Environment of Business class.
